Open Enrollment Information and Forms

Per Mountain Home School District's Open Enrollment Policy, students who reside outside a school's attendance zone and want to enroll their child into that school may apply to attend the preferred school by submitting an Open Enrollment/Out-of-Zone form to the school office. View the District Attendance Zone map to determine the proper zone for elementary students.

For Returning Students, the updated Open Enrollment form can be found in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

For New Students, please fill out the Open Enrollment form and return it to the school you'd like to register your student at. The form needs to be filled out and returned before we can start the registration process.

Open Enrollment Availability

As per Idaho Code 33-1409, districts are required to provide school transfer enrollment availability four times per year. Please note that each report represents the transfer enrollment availability for the date indicated.
