School Based Mental/Behavioral Health Services - Desert Sage Health Centers
Allows students to access mental health counseling services during the school day with shorter waitlist times and parent/guardians do not need to transport students for appointments. Counseling sessions take place at the students' school in a private office with the Desert Sage Provider. Grade 5-12 in-person sessions & telehealth available.
Referral required for school based services either by school counselor or administrator or Desert Sage Provider.
