| October 31st is just around the corner. West Elementary will be observing that day as Halloween Harvest Holiday. A regular academic school day will be maintained in the morning. You will be hearing more from your child's teacher about the individual parties. | |||
| The following rules must be adhered to in order for the day to go smoothly. | |||

Costumes...
worn only during the parties ~ children must be able to put them on by themselves no costumes of a bloody or violet nature toy weapons of any kind are not allowed |

Masks
and face paint...
may be worn only during parties ~ children must be able to paint their faces by themselves no masks or face paint of a bloody or violent nature |
||
|
I will be monitoring the children's costumes, masks and face paint closely. If they do not fall into the above criteria, children will be asked to remove them. |
