A little about me...

I was born and raised in Kalispell, Montana.  It is near Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park.  I graduated from Flathead High School in 1995.  From 1995-1997 I served a mission for my church in central Chile.  From 1998-2000 I attended Flathead Valley Community College.  It is here that I met and married my wife Elizabeth in August 1999.  In 2000 I transferred to the University of Montana.  I completed my bachelors in history with a minor in Spanish in 2002.  I am currently working on my Master's degree in education with a focus on integrating technology in the curriculum through Walden University.

I have been fortunate to teach the two subjects I love: history and Spanish.  During my years at Mountain Home High School I have really enjoyed teaching and working with all my students and their parents.  I have also enjoyed being the assistant coach for the debate team, working with the Spanish Club, and Close Up.

Beth and I currently do not have any children.  We are in the process of adopting.  Hopefully soon I can update this page with a photo of our baby.  Beth loves her work at West Elementary as a Para Educator.  I enjoy reading spending time with Beth and our dog (Ruger).  I also like to target shoot, ride my dirt bike, and hang out with our friends.
