All Freshman and Juniors need to get a physical before the first practice.  The first day of practice is August 13th.  We will be holding two a day practices Friday August 13, 14th and 16th @ 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM.  Starting on August 17th morning practice will be @ 6:15 AM and the second practice will be after school asap; The first meet will be a 3K Jamboree on Aug 21st the Firth Mud Run. We will be taking every one to Firth, this counts as a practice not a meet. The Jr. High will be going with us.

The Tiger runners, will be holding summer work outs at the Tiger Field Track.  These work outs are voluntary.  Workouts are Monday through Thursday @ 8:00.  Two of these days we do distance runs and two days we concentrate on building strength.  Any athlete is welcome to come and participate. If you can not make these work outs you need to find time to work out on your own.  Remember the more miles you run the better you will be.
