Classified Employee of the Year Individuals chosen as Mountain Home School District Classified Employee of the Year are those employees, chosen by other school district employees, who consistently performed at a level beyond that which could reasonably be expected of them. They may be employees, for example, who devote hours in helping to train other employees, or tutor students or, in some capacity, worked well beyond their job descriptions.
