There are a lot of exercises you can do on your own without expensive equipment.  All you need is to schedule your time and have fun with it.  Rather than using a timer to keep track of your time it is sometimes easier to turn on the radio or pop in a CD.  Then say to yourself,  "I will exercise for 8 songs!"  8 songs is roughly a half hour.  Plus if you are doing an exercise that you don't particularly like you can at least sing or hum along to your favorite tunes.  Here is HOW!
