Profile Page
Student Profile information is summarized in three parts, assignments, grades and
discipline.
You can click the hyperlinks to view more details.
ASSIGNMENTS displays the schedule ID code of this class and
the number of assignments that are due.
DISCIPLINE displays the number of incidents for this year and
the date of last incident.
General Page
General information on the selected student is displayed, with the information listed in
three parts.
GENERAL lists personal details of the student such as
telephone number, counselor name, etc
ADDITIONAL lists miscellaneous information regarding P/E
waivers, driver training, etc.
EMERGENCY lists family and physician contacts, along
with any applicable medical alerts.
Health Page
This page lists a brief description of health incidents and the dates on which they
occured. Click hyperlinks to view detailed information. The details given are: the
date the incident happened, the nature of the illness or injury, and what action was
taken.
Immunization Page
A table of the required vaccines, the
vaccination dates and whether the student is compliant or exempt is
displayed.
