Grades Page
NOTE: Depending upon how ParentCONNECT was customized for your school, some of the features may not be available.
The Grades page has several information pages that can be selected by clicking the appropriate buttons. The forward and back buttons enable you to select either the current semester or previous semesters.
If the grades have been posted, you can view the information. Please note that the information is based on current data and could change on a daily basis.
General Page
This is the default page that shows subject, number of credits, name of the teacher and
other information in simple table format. If current grade is available, click the
hyperlink to view how the grade was calculated. If there is a hyperlink on the
teacher name, click it to send e-mail to the teacher.
Current Grades
You can check current grades by selecting the Assignments Page, then the Schedule button.
Transcript Page
You can request an unofficial transcript by e-mail, which will be sent to the e-mail
address you specified in the Settings form.
Report Card Page
You can request an unofficial report card by e-mail. Select the current or previous
semester by scrolling with the forward and back arrows, accessible on the General page.
Report cards can only be sent to the e-mail address you specified on the Settings form. If you want to receive the information at another e-mail address, you can change the address on the Settings page, which is accessed by clicking the Settings button in the upper right hand side of the header bar.
GPA / Rank Page
This page displays the unofficial current GPA and rank of the selected student. This
information is based on current data and could change on a daily basis.
