Attendance Page
NOTE: Depending upon how ParentCONNECT was customized for your
school, some of the features may not be available.
You can view your child's attendance record in either Calendar format or Report format by clicking the Calendar or Report button at the top of the page.
Calendar Page
To view your child's attendance in Calendar format, click the forward or
backward arrows to choose a time period such as current or previous month. If a time
selection is not made, then the information is for the current month. Icons show tardies
and absences for the entire month on a calendar background. When the cursor is held
over an icon, a pop-up tip displays more detailed information on the tardy or the absence.
The legend displays the meaning of each icon. In addition, attendance summary counts for the month are also displayed.
Report Page
Tardies, absences, category totals and itemized detail lines are displayed in report
format. The Report format is useful when you want to print out the details. You can
select the month with the forward and backward buttons.
